First steps

Report a problem or ask a question

Open an issue on GitHub: github.com/seesaw-earth/RodentLimb/issues

To help us help you, please include:

1. App version: Settings tab in the app, or iPhone Settings › General › iPhone Storage › RodentLimb.
2. iPhone or iPad model and iOS version.
3. Assay and roughly how long the video is, plus its frame rate.
4. What you did, what you expected, and what happened.
5. A screenshot of the Review tab showing the keypoints, and if you can share it, a short clip.
6. For export questions, the first lines of the CSV, with real subject IDs replaced if needed.

Mind what you share

GitHub issues are public. Do not post unpublished data, identifiable information, or videos you are not allowed to share. A screenshot or a few anonymized rows are usually enough.

Feature requests

New measures, assays or export formats are welcome as GitHub issues. Please describe the protocol, the measure you need and how your field defines it; a methods reference helps.

RodentLimb is developed by Ziqing Shi and released under the GNU AGPL-3.0. It runs entirely on the device and collects no data; see the privacy policy.
