Results & review

Open a session from Home or from the Data tab. While pose detection runs, the page shows progress. Afterwards it has three tabs and a bottom bar.

Summary

  • Headline numbers: the two to four values that matter most for the assay, for example immobility time and % for tail suspension.
  • Notes: warnings and hints, such as low pose coverage, too few contacts or strides, or a low frame rate. Tap to expand them all.
  • One main chart: motion over time (tail suspension), forelimb use (cylinder) or the footfall pattern (gait). For tail suspension, tap the chart to jump to that moment in Review.

Review

The review player shows the original video with the keypoints drawn on top.

  • Tap the video to play or pause.
  • Drag the slider to scrub. The picture and the keypoints move together.
  • Swipe sideways on the video to move frame by frame (6 points per frame).
  • ◀︎ ▶︎ frame buttons step one frame.
  • Rate menu (0.25×–4×) and Show keypoints toggle.
  • Status chips on the video: Immobile / Mobile / Climbing (tail suspension), L on wall / R on wall (cylinder), Stance LF RH… (gait).

Below the player:

  • Cylinder: the contact list. Tap a row to play that contact. Use the label button to change it to Left, Right, Both or Ignore. Edits are kept when you change parameters or re-analyze.
  • Gait: the footfall pattern follows the video.
  • Tail suspension: the motion chart. Tap it to jump.

Measures

Every value of the assay, grouped into sections (for gait: speed, spatial, temporal, speed-matched, variability, coordination, whole-body posture, quality), followed by the detailed charts. The bottom line shows the model version, frame rate and analysis time.

Bottom bar

The ⋯ menu has Edit subject info, Re-run tracking and Delete.
